You are staying as my guest rather than a guest of the buildings onsite management.
My agent looks after your booking
As soon as your deposit is paid your booking is then confirmed, my agent takes over the booking they send out your booking confirmation and organise everything
from then on and are your main point of contact.
I have been letting my apartment for holiday rental with this local estate agents for over 5 years now, we know how to look after our guests.
My agents office is located in Palm Cove and they specialise in holiday letting and will ensure your booking and stay is well organised and goes to plan.
KEY PICK UP and EMERGENCY KEYS
Key pick up and drop off is normally via my agents office in Palm Cove, they have a secure key facility for late or early arrivals and departures.
There is also a set of keys are available at the resort reception in case of emergencies.
In case of key loss or accidental lock out, the reception desk has spare keys, please contact the agent immediatly for replacement keys and return the reception set to them.
USE OF THE GYM
The resort reception desk will also provide you with a gym access swipe card for the duration of your stay if you want to use the gym.
AS OUR GUEST WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT
To enjoy all the fabulous features around the apartment i.e. the pools, the grounds, the deck chairs, the gymnasium, the undercover parking, the lifts and resort lobby area etc.
You are of course also welcome to use the facilities run by the onsite management such as the wonderful day spa and boutique, the restaurants, the bar and the poolside bistro,
these are all open to the public and they will appreciate your custom.
We also provide a little 'welcome pack' of the 'essentials' in your room like milk, tea & coffee to help ensure your stay is perfect from beginning to end Staying in a privately owned holiday apartment as a guest of the owner is virtually the same as staying at the resort as a guest of the resort.
For any holiday essentials like groceries, something nice to drink etc all can be found in Palm Cove or at the nearby Clifton Beach Shopping Centre, the Palm Cove Tavern is 200 meters away for essential beverages.
As you are my guest not a guest of the on site management, please remember the wonderful reception desk staff are not at your beck and call, however they provide a key service for you and swipe card for the Gym.
As the apartment owner I contribute to the body corporate fees that maintain the complex.
