HOW TO MAKE A BOOKING, LETTING CONDITIONS AND CANCELATION POLICY
HOW TO BOOK AND PAY.
1. Decide if a Tropical North Queensland Holiday staying in Palm Cove in 5 Star Luxury for a Great Price is for you.
2. Read the information on this site. Check the price, decide when and for how long you want to stay.
Contact me via phone or email with the specific dates that you require or any questions. I will confirm if the dates you want are available
ALL DATES ARE SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY. FOR ALL BOOKINGS WE MUST FIRST CONFIRM THE AVAILABILITY OF THE NIGHTS YOU WANT.
AFTER CONFIRMING AVALIABILITY OF YOUR NIGHTS, NEXT STEP IS TO PURCHASE and SECURE YOUR BOOKING.
DEPOSITS. We normally ask for a 50% deposit at the time of booking to secure the booking with the remainder payable closer to arrival.
For bookings with arrival dates within 4 weeks time we normally ask for full payment upfront.
If you can't meet these deposit requirements straight away please tell us, we understand and especially so for longer bookings, at our discretion we may accept a smaller deposit.
3. If you have decided to proceed to purchase contact me to confirm you want to proceed.
There are 2 payment options for you to choose from.
The options are:-
a. Bank transfer. Most Australian guests pay by Direct Bank Transfer, that is my preferred payment method.
Payment can be made via e banking or at your local branch (I will provide BSB and account details when you proceed to purchase).
b. The other payment option is to pay via my letting agent in Palm Cove. My agent can take payment directly including credit cards.
International guests please direct bank transfer is more complicated so we recommend payment by credit card or by bank cheque.
Any payment made via card will attract a 2% surcharge.
4. At the time of payment please provide me with initial contact details like postal or email address and phone numbers
that I pass onto my agent so they can get in contact with you in the future to get all your details and to put your booking into their system.
5. As soon as your payment is received I will inform you and my agent and they will be sent a confirmation notice.
My agent will require your contact details, your address, flight numbers and arrival times etc.
They can organise airport transfers if needed and will from this point on be your main point of contact.
6. A few days before arrival please contact my agent to confirm your arrival times, key pick up and any other details.
7. Pick up the apartment key from the agent or as organised.
8. Arrive at apartment 301 Sea Temple.
9. Enjoy Your Holiday.
10. Return the keys at the end of your stay and have a safe voyage home.
HOLIDAY LETTING REQUIREMENTS AND CONDITIONSHere are some requirements and conditions in respect to the use of the apartment that we require all of our quests to beware of and comply with.
CHECK IN & CHECK OUT. Check in time is 2pm on day of arrival & checkout is by 10am.
Whilst we try to accommodate early check in and late check out we cannot guarantee this until the day of arrival or departure as this is contingent on other bookings and the cleaning schedule.
Speak to us if you need a guaranteed early in or late out.
OCCUPANCY. At no time shall there be more than the number of guests, including children and infants residing overnight on the premises
than the number shown on the booking confirmation and the accommodation purchased with out prior consent from the agent. No functions or parties are to be held at the property without prior consent from the agent. Unfortunately No Pets allowed.
LOSS OR DAMAGE. Apart from normal ware and tear guests are liable for any damage to the property & will be charged accordingly for repairs or replacement.
Please note we do expect you to make good accidental breakage of the odd piece of crockery or glassware.
KEEPING THE PEACE. For the enjoyment of all guests, please have fun of course but don't disturb the peace for other guests.
CANCELATIONS.
For booking cancellation more than 180 days prior to date of arrival,
we will refund 90% of the total booking price less direct costs such as fees and charges for example,
credit card transaction costs.
If you cancel your booking more than 60 days prior to date of arrival,
we will refund 70% of the total booking price less direct costs.
If you cancel your booking less than 60 days before arrival we will refund 50% of total booking value less costs.
For booking cancellations where there is less than 30 days notice prior to arrival there is no refund offered.
All notification of cancellations must be in writing.
